If I had to change anything, I would first suggest the colours. A bit of colour is nice, but this one seems a little too blue for my liking. Perhaps a vignette or softer colours would work better here. I would also change the composition slightly. The rule of thirds works here (but I'd move the composition to the other side, so the cat standing up has room to "move". I'd also level the shot, as it's a tiny bit crooked and sort of off-putting for me.
But I know that shooting cats is tricky, even when they're asleep, so that's why I'm not too fussed about the composition.
Those things aside, this is a very sweet photo and makes me smile. And that's a sign of a good photo!
